These terms apply to bookings made with London Airport Minicabs, of Finland Road, London SE4 2JH (02035824709, info@londonairportminicabs.co.uk). We are a licensed private hire operator. Operator licence number: [PLACEHOLDER — TfL private hire operator licence number]. Company registration number: [PLACEHOLDER — Companies House number].
Where we provide a fixed price quote for a journey, that price is guaranteed for the route and pickup/drop-off points confirmed at the time of booking, provided the journey details you give us are accurate. Additional charges may apply for changes made after booking, such as a different destination, extra stops, or a significant increase in waiting time.
You can cancel a booking free of charge up to a reasonable period before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made shortly before pickup, or after a driver has already been dispatched, may incur a cancellation charge to cover the driver's time and costs.
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly, and a reasonable amount of free waiting time is included following your flight's landing time to allow for disembarkation and baggage collection. Waiting time beyond this may be charged. For non-airport pickups, a reasonable grace period is included before waiting charges apply.
If you are not at the agreed pickup point within a reasonable time after the driver's arrival and after we have attempted to contact you, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Please tell us at the time of booking if you have more luggage than would normally be expected for the number of passengers, or if you need a child seat, so we can allocate the right vehicle. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after booking but cannot guarantee availability.
We will take reasonable care to get you to your destination safely and on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or flight delays. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If something goes wrong, please contact us using the details above and we will do our best to resolve it. We aim to respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
